If you believe the Mayan prophecy is accurate, the end of the world is a little less than a month away. So what better way to celebrate our last days, than by sitting in a 13th century crypt hidden beneath St Andrews Church in Holborn, discussing the end of the world? Well on Wednesday 5th December you can do just that, as to Crystal Head Vodka plays host to the ‘End of the World’ Lecture.
With the world’s predicted end to take place 21st December – Crystal Head Vodka has taken upon itself to facilitate an intriguing debate around our (possible) impending doom. Introduced by iconic Ghostbusters and Blues Brothers star Dan Aykroyd (via film), philosopher Dr. Stephen Law and Professor Elizabeth Graham, expert in Mesoamerican archeology, will take to the stand to provide insight into the 2012 prophecy debate, and explore its history and, more importantly, its reality.
Of course the Crystal Head mixologists will be on hand to ease your woes with a series of specially-created cocktails and signature serves. This may be one of your last chances to understand the prophecy and get to sample Crystal Head.
