On Sundays there is nothing I enjoy more than wandering down to Columbia road to check out the flower market. Inevitably I end up buying way too many flowers and have to figure out some way to precariously cycle my hoard home. Not any more though. Shruti Barton, was inspired by Columbia Road shopping trips and came up with an innovative solution – The Pozzy by Easthetic
Easthetic is a London based eco accessories brand offering a range of limited edition, hand-printed, and ethically sourced flower carriers. Shruti Barton created the brand while studying for her MA in Advertising and Entrepreneurship at Kingston University and has been building it up over the last year.
The Spring/Summer 2014 Pozzy prints – Thorn and Twig, are the result of a collaboration with up and coming designer Justine Ellis. It is a contemporary interpretation of ‘fashion meets flowers,’ And a great eco-conscious alternative for the flower lover in your life this Valentines day.
If you want to pick up a Pozzy head down to their Pop-Up Shop on Sunday 16th February at Gogoyoga on 59 Columbia Road, Shoreditch or purchase one online here
