Young Turks, the London chef collective, and team behind 2011 hit Upstairs at the Ten Bells has opened  their latest venture, The Clove Club.

Located in the recently revamped Shoreditch Town Hall, The culinary crew behind Young Turks, show off their serious foodie pedigree, serving up a  five-course set menu of seasonal modern-British food. Expect to find signature dishes from The Ten Bells residency, including McHale’s buttermilk chicken with pine salt, razor clams baked in hay, along with some new editions such as wood pigeon sausages, and raw bream w/ blood orange.

There will also be a separate bar menu of small plates will be available in the 40-seat bar, for those who just want to pop in and enjoy a quick drink.

The restaurant, which has been partially funded by crowdsourcing, will be part of the regeneration of the Grade II-listed Shoreditch Town Hall building, which will also include a theatre and multi-purpose arts space.
